These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the dentivo website (meetdentivo.com) and services provided by dentivo ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. SERVICES

dentivo provides AI-powered automation services to dental practices, including but not limited to:

- AI phone answering

- Missed call text-back automation

- Dormant patient reactivation campaigns

- Appointment booking automation

- Google review request automation

- Monthly performance reporting

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into agreements on behalf of your practice to use our Service.

3. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT

- dentivo services are offered on a month-to-month subscription basis at $497/month

- Payment is due in advance at the start of each billing cycle

- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled

- You may cancel anytime with no long-term commitment

- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

4. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

- Use our Service for any illegal purpose

- Send unsolicited messages or violate TCPA or similar regulations

- Resell or sublicense our services without written consent

- Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy our system

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, branding, software, and materials on our website and within our Service are the property of dentivo or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.

6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for:

- Providing accurate information about your practice and patient list

- Obtaining proper consent from patients to be contacted via SMS, email, or AI calls

- Complying with HIPAA, TCPA, and any other applicable regulations regarding patient communication

- Maintaining your own backups of patient data

7. SMS/COMMUNICATION COMPLIANCE

You acknowledge that all SMS and call communications sent through dentivo on your behalf must comply with applicable laws. You agree to provide opt-in consent records when required.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

dentivo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the past three months.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify dentivo against any claims arising from your misuse of our Service or violation of these Terms.

10. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or fail to make payment. You may terminate your subscription at any time by emailing us.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
